1. Scope

These terms govern your use of voltaspire.com ("Voltaspire", "we", "us"). Confirming that you are 18 or over and using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please leave the site.

2. Eligibility

Voltaspire is for adults aged 18 or over, and by using it you confirm that you are. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe otherwise. The site is aimed at users in the United Kingdom; accessing it from elsewhere is your responsibility under your own local law.

3. Virtual coins

• All games use virtual coins supplied free of charge.
• Coins carry no monetary value. They are not currency, credit, property, a prize or a right.
• Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, services, entries or anything else of value, on this site or anywhere else.
• No prize, reward or item of value is offered or awarded.
• We may add, adjust, reset or remove coins, balances, levels and features at any time.

4. No account, no backup

There is no registration. Balance, level and statistics are held in your browser's local storage; clearing browser data deletes them permanently. We hold no copy and cannot restore progress. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• offer to buy, sell or trade coins, or claim to be able to;
• run bots or automated tooling against the site, or attempt to disrupt or overload it;
• alter the client code and present the result as Voltaspire, or misrepresent game outcomes to others;
• use the site unlawfully, or let anyone under 18 use it.

Reading the client-side code for your own interest is expressly fine. We publish it on purpose.

6. Availability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any game, at any time and without notice. A malfunction voids all plays and pays; since coins have no value, nothing is owed either way.

7. Intellectual property

The Voltaspire name, branding, game designs, artwork and written content are ours or licensed to us. Do not reproduce or redistribute them commercially without permission.

8. External links

We link to independent support organisations for your benefit. We do not control those sites and take no responsibility for their content. We carry no gambling advertising and no affiliate links of any kind.

9. Liability

Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and because the service is free with nothing of value at stake, we exclude liability for loss of coins, balances, levels, progress or data, and for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings locally.
